Meditation helps remove stress allowing the body to move into a peaceful space where it can grow, restore and heal. It’s one of the best tools we have to balance our emotions, manage stress, calm anxiety and connect with our wise, inner-self. But it can be tough to meditate without a teacher or guide which is what makes guided meditation so powerful. I will choose the appropriate meditation for the group based on the attendees so come with nothing more than the expectation of leaving feeling great!
